New 32Red Poker Loyalty System

The GameLab is where you go to learn about your game and compare to the best players on the site. You can also get direction on what areas of your game require extra focus for you to improve.
Access the 32Red Poker Loyalty System and GameLab main page from the profile icon in the lobby to view your current level and the required number of XP until your next direct reward and level-up.

GameLab comprises of three main sections, School, Achievements and Hall of Fame.
The School
From your first hand of Poker on 32Red, The School will help you keep track of what you have played and where you might need to improve.
Poker is a game of skill, and sometimes it is hard to know where to begin. You can't learn everything you need to know to beat the best in the world here, but it's a good place to get some direction.
Achievements
Poker is a long-haul game, and long-term success is measured by an ongoing series of positive achievements. As your XP levels increase, you will receive access to more interesting and detailed information about your game.
As you reach personal milestones, you'll see how many players are similar to you, and learn more about where your skills are compared to other players on 32Red Poker.
Hall of Fame
The Hall of Fame is where the stats of the biggest and best are stored. Keep track of the largest pots, biggest hands and worst beats that happen on 32Red Poker.
As your XP level increases, you will get access to more information and even hand replays. You could be featured for every player who enters The Hall of Fame to see, just by playing your favourite cash game, MTT or HexaPro.
- This promotion begins on 01/10/21 and is indefinitely ongoing. Players are automatically opted in, unless playing from an excluded country.
- Players from Denmark have a different loyalty system due to restrictions of local gaming legislation. Please see country specific client for details.
- Players from Sweden, Belgium and Germany are excluded from earning monetary rewards in the 32Red Poker Loyalty System due to restrictions of local gaming legislation. Please see country specific client for details.
- Bonus Points are lost if a player doesn't login to the Poker client for over 90 days.
- XP are reset at the start of each quarter
- An "active day" for achievements streak means 50 hands played in a calendar day (any format, any game, any stake)
- Where a SnG, Tournament or Cashgame does not have a fee, or rake, then no loyalty points can be earned from that play
- Tournament tickets are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Playthrough bonuses are valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated. If a player has more than one playthrough bonus unlocked then subsequent bonuses will queue until the current bonus is cleared.
- Upon reaching Level 5-1, players gain entry to an online freeroll tournament with €1100 32Red Open buyins as prizes.
- Tickets and buyins attained via 32Red Poker Loyalty are valid for the duration of the ticket as stated on the digital ticket in the client.
- If you reach Level 6-1 or higher by the end of the quarter your points multiplier will be carried over into the following quarter.
- Players who reach Level 7-9 are eligible only for 18% rakeback in bonus points. These accounts will be manually assessed by the poker team, at the end of each quarter. Any further rewards above 18% rakeback are discretionary and not guaranteed.
- Cash reward payments will be made in Euros and then converted to the customer’s account currency at the exchange rate that day
- Tickets rewarded through the loyalty system are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- 32Red reserves the right to deduct any 32Red Poker XP or Bonus Points earned from an account that is suspected to be involved in the abuse of this promotion.
- 32Red reserves the right to close or remove any account that is suspected to be involved in the abuse of this promotion and confiscate paid prizes on such accounts.
- 32Red reserves the right to end or change the rules and conditions for this promotion at any time with or without notice.
- 32Red's general rules and conditions apply and 32Red’s and Partners’ decision terms are final.
- GameLab Hall of Fame Records are kept for 12 months only
